Which computer labs are available for public use?
  The ITS Computing Center @ Eaton Hall is open for all Tufts University students, faculty, and staff. The Mugar Computer Lab is for Fletcher students ONLY (except during holidays and intersessions when it is available for any student)

Where do I go for help if something isn't working in Eaton 208/Braker 002?
  If you are using the instructional computer labs and there is a technical problem, please contact the ITS Computing Center @ Eaton Hall for assistance (ext. 73701). If the User Consultant on duty is unable to help you, they will attempt to get help from their supervisor or instruct you to email (after hours) the Lab Email box.
Where do I go, who do I call for help on the multimedia podium in Eaton 206?
  You can get basic assistance from the User Consultant in the ITS Computing Center @ Eaton Hall Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm. Otherwise, call the ITS Helpdesk at ext 75898

I brought in my laptop to Eaton and asked a User Consultant (UC) to fix it. They said "no". Why can't they help me?
  Tufts University currently does not offer individual computer service/repair. If you are having trouble with network connectivity in the dorms, please contact Tufts Online, ext 74TOL.
