The ITS Computing Center @ Eaton Hall is open to all Tufts University students,
faculty & staff. With over 150 computers and a wealth of software
available, the computer lab serves as a useful resource to the Tufts
Community.

Note:
*The lab hours from 4AM - 6AM schedule will be determined by availability of
staff. If we are unable to open for this extended period of time, signs will be
posted as early as possible.
**Mugar Computer Lab is open to all students on the days indicated.
The hours will be specially posted for these specific intersessions. Please
note that Eaton 208, Mark and Braker labs are reserved for classroom use only.
Location
The main entrance of the ITS Computing Center is located on the first floor of
Eaton Hall, at the top of the hill just on the academic quad. It's the building
in which the Political Science department, the Sociology department, and the
Classics department are located, among other departments. Look for it between
Goddard Chapel and Miner Hall and opposite of Braker Hall.

Hardware & Software
Each computer is connected to the Tufts domain, the Eaton Lab Server, and to the
internet. The following hardware is available for general use:
- 44 OptiPlex 745 Workstations 2.13GHz Core 2 Duo with 2 GB RAM
- 38 Pentium D GX620 2.8GHz with 2 GB RAM
- 18 Optiplex 755s 3GHz Core 2 Duo with 4 GB RAM
- 26 iMac 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo with 4 GB RAM
- 4 HP Laserjet 4200 series networked laser printers, available from all computers
- 4 HP Scanjet 4370 scanners
The PCs in Eaton are running either Windows XP or Windows Vista and the Macs are running
OS X (10.5, "Leopard").
