Support
ITS offers Classroom Support for all AS&E classrooms outfitted with fixed or mobile technology.

We offer support Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm. Please send an email to classroomsupport@ase.tufts.edu or contact the ITS Helpdesk at x7-5898. If after 5 p.m., someone will be paged and you will receive a callback from a technician on campus.

• Mobile Technology Carts -  and instructions for reservations
• Video Conferencing Support
• A/V Services - if your need extends beyond standard classroom technology

Recent Classroom Upgrades
This past summer, ITS managed 23 classroom technology renovations: East 16, five classrooms in Braker Hall, three in Miner Hall, three in 4 Colbys SciTech Center, and eleven in Anderson Hall! These classrooms changes were the first phase in a major classroom renovation project sponsored by the Provost along with AS&E.

Blackboard
Blackboard is an increasingly popular Web-based courseware application designed to support online teaching and learning. It is available to all Tufts University instructors and is used primarily to support their classroom activities. Blackboard allows instructors or teaching assistants to deliver online learning materials, provide interactive assessment and assignment opportunities, promote instructor and student collaborative activities and assist in the management of the curriculum.
