Changing A Student's E-Mail Address

1. Blackboard allows instructors or TAs to change a student's Blackboard e-mail
address. To change a student's Blackboard e-mail address:
- Login to the Blackboard course site as usual.
- Go to Control Panel / List/Modify Users. This will display the List/Modify
Users form.
- Type in the last name of the student whose e-mail address you want to
change. This will display all of the student accounts on your course site
having that last name.
- Click on the "Properties" button located to the right of the student's
name. This will display the "Modify User Properties" form for that student's
Blackboard account.
- Type in the new e-mail address in the box marked "E-Mail" then click on
the "Submit" button on the bottom of the page. A receipt will be displayed
telling you that the student's account has been updated.
- Note that any change you make to a student's e-mail address in your course
site will also prevail on any other Blackboard course site the student may
be enrolled.
