Accessing A Group Page

1. Some instructors use the Blackboard Group function on their Blackboard course sites. If your instructor has created group pages and has told you which group you can access, you can access your group page by:

• First, log into the Blackboard course site as usual.
• Second, click on Communication / Group Pages. This displays the names and descriptions of each group.
• Third, click on the name of the group in which you are a member. Your instructor must inform you as to which group or groups you can access. This displays the Group Page for that group. If you attempt to click on a group name of which you are not a member, you will receive a message telling you that you do not have the rights to access that group page.
• You can now access all of the functions available to that group.
