Mentor Application (Fletcher Students) |
Mentee Application (IR Students)
The Fletcher Mentors Program matches International Relations
majors with students at the Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy
who share similar academic or career interests. Founded in 2010,
this program seeks to help undergraduates develop their interests
in the international arena by connecting with Fletcher students.
Together, Fletcher mentors and mentees explore academic interests
and discuss shared interests in international relations.
Students interact with their Fletcher Mentor in a variety of ways,
including one-on-one meetings, group networking events, and an online
discussion group. The program also hosts special events throughout the
year such as a careers panel hosted by Fletcher students. The Fletcher
Mentors are a diverse group of students studying at the Fletcher School
of Law and Diplomacy. These students have work experience in over 20
countries and collectively speak over 28 languages. Their interests range
from international security and diplomacy to development, global health,
and conflict mediation.
The program accepts applications from undergraduate students and
Fletcher students at the beginning of the fall semester. Students are
then matched based on shared academic interests or professional ambitions.
