the IR Program office.
Planning
and Graduating with an IR Major
The IR Program encourages all majors and potential majors to begin
using the Program's IR Planning and Concentration Form starting their first
semester at Tufts. These worksheets are designed to help students and advisors
see how courses fulfilling IR requirements relate to university foundation and
distribution requirements. To get the most out of advising sessions with
IR Core Faculty, keep these forms up-to-date and bring them to each session with your advisor. In
addition, this form must be submitted with the University degree sheet in order

Transferring Credit to IR
Bring this form, along with the print-out of the Tufts approval form, to the IR
office. Make sure and provide a syllabus or course description of the course in

Senior Honors Thesis
Fill out this form if you are planning to do a senior honors thesis in IR.
This form must include the signature of your committee chairperson and be
returned to the IR Program office. For more information on how to undertake a
