I attended the University of Maryland at College Park, where I
received my B.S. in mechanical engineering and worked in the
Microrobotics Lab. Currently, I'm a M.S./Ph.D. student in mechanical
engineering working with Dr. Robert White in the Microscale Sensors
and Systems Lab.
As an IGERT fellow, I am interested in soft-material actuators and
how existing biological systems can help govern the design and
control of compliant mechanisms. In my research, I am developing
mobile millimeter-scale soft robots for medical applications.
