All Tufts employees who are paid through the Payroll Department, must
fill out
this W-4 form
(PDF) whether or not tax treaty benefits apply. Do not use a
Tufts-assigned temporary identification number in place of a Social
Security Number. If you do not yet have a Social Security Number, learn
more about how to apply.
