Michelle Weiner is a Ph.D. student in the Eliot Pearson
Department of Child Development at Tufts University, and began as a
Doctoral Researcher in 2010 at the Institute for Applied Research in
Youth Development. Michelle received a B.A. in Psychology and a B.A.
in Government and Politics at University of Maryland, College Park
in 2006, and her M.A. in Developmental Psychology from San Francisco
State University in 2010. Currently, she is a Doctoral Research
Assistant for the 4-H Study of Positive Youth Development within the
Institute for Applied Research in Youth Development. Her current
research interests focus on how obesity risk and technology use
influence adolescents positive youth development.
