We offer weekly allergy clinics to students currently receiving allergy injections. Only students who have been evaluated, tested, and have their schedule of injections prescribed by an allergist will be able to participate.

The student is required to provide the following:

1. A precise schedule of dosage and frequency of administration. This MUST BE SIGNED BY THE PRESCRIBING PHYSICIAN.
2. Instructions for altering the schedule due to missed/late appointments.
3. All vials clearly marked with name of student, contents, and expiration date.

Allergy injections will not be given unless the above 3 items are complete.
