Gym Comes to You
Come out for free exercise classes in dorm lounges. Classes include
Pilates, core training, kickboxing, Zumba®, yoga, and P90X–inspired
activities; classes are taught by Tufts undergraduate and graduate
students. The goal of GCTY is to motive students to work out regularly,
gain necessary skills, and find an activity they enjoy.
GCTY is a collaboration between BYL, Residential Life,
and the Physical Education Department.

in April with the Presidential Marathon Challenge.
Trek to
Talloire
Want to log your activity and even compete
against faculty or your friends for the most time doing
activities? Doing the Trek to Talloire could be for you! You'll
also be eligible to win certain raffles as you accumulate
activity time.
The Personalize Performance Program
Also called, PPP,
allows students to have 5 free personal training sessions with a
student trainer.

Joining a club team
Join a team like rugby or skiing,
involves playing against another colleges/universities.
Intramural
sports
If you're looking for something a little less
serious than a club sport, you may be interested in intramural
sports. Intramural teams play against other teams at Tufts in a
variety of sports.
