Hazing |

University regulations prohibit hazing, as do the policies
of every inter/national fraternity and sorority, adopted by the Inter-Greek
Council at Tufts. Hazing is defined as any action taken or situation created,
intentionally, whether on or off fraternity premises, to produce mental or
physical discomfort, embarrassment, harassment or ridicule. Note that consent of
participants is not an available defense against any prosecution for hazing. |
