Tufts Chinese Program Alumni Fund
We are very pleased to announce the establishment of a Tufts Chinese
Program Alumni Fund through the generosity of our Chinese Program alumni.
We will hand out five categories of awards totaling $2000 at the end of the
2012 spring semester. All students currently enrolled in the Chinese Program
courses are eligible.
Through these awards, we would like to encourage and recognize the academic
excellence and effort of our students and your outstanding service to the
Chinese Program and the Tufts community. We hope these awards will help
cultivate the community spirit within the Chinese Program and lay the foundation
of a Chinese Program alumni network, which will provide support for the Chinese
Program and its initiatives.

One with One
One with One is a program sponsored by the Chinese Program at Tufts University.
Its goal is to promote and facilitate both linguistic and cultural exchanges
between American and Chinese students, who would like to improve their language
skills, learn more about each other’s cultures and develop friendship.
One with One matches students in the Chinese Program with students from
China, based on their common interests and preferences.
How Does it Work? Sudents who are interested in the
One with One program will fill out an
application form and submit it in person or through email to Dr. Mingquan
Wang (m.wang@tufts.edu; Room 312, Olin Center), coordinator for the Chinese
Program and the One with One Program. Dr. Wang will notify applicants after
a match is made.
