Doctoral Hooding Ceremony Engineering

The School of Engineering will have its own commencement ceremony following the all-university ceremony. All engineering degree recipients will receive their degrees at this ceremony. Each doctoral recipient will be hooded by his/her advisor. Engineering doctoral recipients will not be part of a separate hooding ceremony, but will be invited to a celebratory reception on Saturday afternoon, May 19, 2012. More information about this event will be relayed directly to eligible students by the School of Engineering. Doctoral recipients who attend this event and Commencement will be provided a hood as a gift from the dean.
