Byeongju Jung wins GDL Foundation scholarship award

Byeongju Jung, a graduate student pursuing his PhD under the supervision of Professor Grant Garven, received a scholarship award from the GDL Foundation in November. Byeongju’s award will be used to support his research on modeling how faults affect coupled groundwater and petroleum flow in the deforming Los Angeles Basin. The GDL Foundation was set up by Steve Laubach (A '76) and his wife Ann for the purpose of supporting research in structural geology and diagenesis. We are proud of Byeongju’s achievement - Congratulations!
