Participation Fee: $15,000, includes one copy of 8 min DVD (illustrating every work in the exhibition and performance footage), 10 complimentary copies of the exhibition catalogue, custom hanging devices and mannequins, one small DVD/monitor for Alba D'Urbano DVD. Materials for mounting and exhibiting garments as well as architectural and graphic elements are included. Institutions will supply own computers, printers, projectors and screens as outlined in contract. Introductory text panel, texts for each section, and extended labels for each work are designed and provided in electronic form.
   
Shipping: Pro-rated at $10,000 (fuel surcharge may be charged)
   
Equipment needs: One projector or plasma screen for compilation DVD; one monitor for Yoko Ono Cut Piece, two DVD players (for compilation and Ono).
