Interested in interning in Talloires during the summer?

Each year, the European Center hires seasonal interns to assist in the smooth operation of the European Center and its programs. Ideally, applicants are available from late April/early May to late September, although shorter term internships are available.

All positions pay $300 per week, and include airfare, room, and board. Summer interns' work hours are six or seven days per week up to 12 hours per day. Proficiency in French is preferred or required for all positions.

We are looking for energetic, positive candidates who are hardworking, creative, resourceful, motivated, flexible, and dedicated. If you are looking for a challenging and rewarding summer internship, we encourage you to apply.

Applications for Summer 2009 employment are due at the European Center no later than 5pm, January 30, 2009. Applications must include a completed application form, your resume and a cover letter. If you plan to study abroad in the Spring semester, submit your completed application as soon as possible before winter break and we will arrange to meet with you before you leave. We do not guarantee an interview to every applicant. Applications may be submitted in person, by mail, or by email to the address listed on the application.

PLEASE NOTE: In order to be considered for a summer internship you must be able to drive a standard transmission vehicle.
