Use this form to request a change in a course that currently has its own dedicated listing in the Bulletin.  A separate form applies if you intend to change the course number, title, and description.  Such a request would be considered a new request.  Enter the requested information below and click submit to email the department chair or program director for approval.  Once approved, the information will be sent to the Curricula Committee.
