Author, Acting from Shakespeare’s First Folio: Theory, Text and Performance (New York and Abingdon [UK]: Routledge, 2006). Contributing Editor, They Fight: Classical to Contemporary Stage Fight Scenes, by Kyna Hamill (Manchester [NH]: Smith & Kraus, 2003).
