The reference desk is at the main entrance to the EPDC. It is staffed by students, and managed by Leah Friedberg (x7-2402). During regular EPDC hours, a staff member occupies the reference desk in order to assist EPDC users with reserve materials, equipment, and other general issues. Further, the staff person is a first level of support for classroom A/V equipment.
