Meet the Faculty

Cynthia Robinson Cynthia Robinson
Lecturer, Director of Museum Studies Program
Before coming to Tufts, where she is the Director of Museum Studies, Cynthia worked in museums for 25 years. She has extensive experience in developing museum programs, curricula and exhibitions, as well as in museum management and administration. She is also the editor-in-chief of the Journal of Museum Education.
Jenna Fleming Jenna Fleming
Part Time Lecturer
Right before launching into independent consulting and teaching, Jenna worked as the New Media Manager at the Museum of Fine Arts in Boston from 2007 to 2012. While at the MFA, Jenna led the digital media strategy for the large-scale American Wing building project which opened to much acclaim in 2010.
Cara Iacobucci Cara Iacobucci
Part Time Lecturer
A graduate of the Tufts Museum Studies Certificate program, Cara also holds an undergraduate degree in Studio Art from Bates College, a M.A. in the History of Art from Tufts University and an Ed.M. in Arts in Education from Harvard University. Her career includes eight years of work as a Program Specialist with Historic New England.
Tara Young Tara Young
Part Time Lecturer
Currently the Deputy Director at the Museum of Russian Icons in Clinton, MA, Tara's career has taken her from the Assistant Curator of Modern and Contemporary Art position at the Seattle Art Museum to the Director of Education position at the Higgins Armory Museum in Worcester, MA and more.
