Our Mission: The most central value of the Tufts Economics Society is service: to the students of economics (from all majors), economics faculty members, and the more global community which shares interests in economics and business/finance.

About Us

The Tufts Economics Society was created by, and is administered by, undergraduate students with interests in business and economics. It serves students by providing career information and networking opportunities, promoting student-faculty interaction outside of the classroom setting, sponsoring talks by distinguished individuals in business and economics, and representing student opinion on departmental policies.

Each semester we hold many great events that anyone can attend. You can also help plan these events by joining a working committee. Read the Tufts Economics Society Constitution here.

Membership is open to all Tufts students paying the student activities fee. Members need not be economics majors. To join The Economics Society, please subscribe to our mailing list. If you would like to receive more information about our meetings and events, please join our mailing list.
