Full-Time Faculty
Professor Straub received his Ph.D. in Economics from the
University of Wisconsin in Madison in 2002. His doctoral
dissertation on fundraising and charitable giving received an
honorable mention in The National Tax Association's 2003
Outstanding Dissertation Award and an NBER Dissertation
Fellowship for Research on the Nonprofit Sector. His other
research interests include voluntary labor supply and the
elicitation and interpretation of subjective probabilities. His
work has been published in The Journal of Human Resources
and Public Choice. Before joining the faculty at Tufts he
was an Assistant Professor of Economics at Texas A&M University
(2001-2005). |
