Climate Fest Kickoff weekend for Do it in the Dark!

Climate Fest is a celebration of energy conservation and environmental consciousness to kick off the month long DO IT IN THE DARK competition.

Get Clean! Power Your Room Green is a new program that gives students the opportunity to buy wind energy credits (RECs) to offset their room’s electricity consumption.  RECs represent the delivery of renewable energy to the power grid, and the environmental benefits from electricity generated by renewable resources instead of fossil fuels, like coal and natural gas, which release air pollution and greenhouse gases.
