Faculty & Staff: Faculty
Drama Margo Caddell, Lecturer (full-time), Lighting Design & Stage Management Margo is a lighting designer for both theater and dance. She has designed in numerous academic settings including the Five College Dance Program (Amherst, MA), UMass Amherst, Cal State University, Long Beach, Golden West College (Huntington Beach, CA) and Palos Verde High School (Palos Verde, CA). Most recently she designed If It’s Hot, It’s Cole for the American Repertory Theatre in Cambridge, MA. Currently she is designing Ajax In Iraq for the ART Institute in Cambridge, MA and the Boston premiere of Speech and Debate at the Lyric Stage Company of Boston. Dance collaborations include ThisThat Show presented by Daniel McCusker (Cambridge, MA), Jupiter-Daniel McCusker Dance Project (Medford, MA), John Stronks and Dancers (Atlanta, GA), Notoriety, inc. (Los Angeles, CA), and Alumni Dance Concert-CSULB Dance Department (Long Beach, CA). In addition to her work in theater and dance Margo was the resident lighting designer for Lake Avenue Church in Pasadena, CA from 2000-2002. Besides designing Margo has stage managed for numerous dance companies and theatrical productions. In the Fall of 2006 she stage managed Beyond Boundaries for Tufts University at the Wang Canter and she was the 2006 Tour Stage Manager/Lighting Director for the New Orleans based Junebug Productions. Currently she works freelance as the Stage Management Mentor/Associate Production Manager at Boston College. Margo has a MFA in lighting design from University of Massachusetts, Amherst and a BFA in dance from California State University, Long Beach.
