Callie Oppedisano

Callie Oppedisano is a PhD Candidate at Tufts and received received her BFA in Theatre Studies and English at Niagara University and her M.Phil in Irish Theatre and Film at Trinity College Dublin. While she remains passionate about Samuel Beckett's works and those of his fellow Irish playwrights, she is currently immersing herself in contemporary Mormon drama. Her dissertation, currently titled ''Worthy of Imitation': Mormon Drama on the Latter Day Stage Since 1973,' focuses on five contemporary plays by Mormon (and ex-Mormon) playwrights. Callie has presented at numerous conferences, and is currently serving on the ASTR Boston 2008 Graduate Conference Committee. She is also Chair of Tufts Graduate Organization for Arts and Theatre (GOAT).
