Michelle L. Ashley

Michelle L. Ashley is a first year PhD student. She completed her Bachelor of Arts in English Literature and Theatre Performance from McKendree University in Lebanon, IL. She received her Master of Arts degree in English and American Literature from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville where she focused on fin de siècle dramatic literature. Her research interests include feminist theory and interpretation, portrayals of gender and sexuality, and modernism.
