Dance Program: Courses

The Department of Drama and Dance offers dance courses that are appropriate for the general student body and for those with dance experience. The objectives of this non-conservatory program are to expose students to basic concepts of human movement, to foster the development of their creative resources, to educate students to analyze performance, and to provide a context of dance as an element of culture. This liberal arts approach encourages students to create integrative links with drama and with other disciplines. Dance courses may be used to satisfy major and minor requirements of the department. Please contact the Drama and Dance department with any inquiries regarding the following course offerings at 617-627-3524.
