DevTech Team: Emily Relkin

Emily is a second year Master’s student in Child Study and Human Development at Tufts University. She works as a Graduate Research Assistant in the DevTech Research lab and as a teaching assistant in the Early Childhood Technology certificate program.

Her Master’s thesis project examines the temporal development of programming skills in young children using the KIBO robot. Emily has a bachelor degree in Psychology from Muhlenberg College. Her research interests include: KIBO robotics, robotics for Autism, cross-cultural effects of technology on development, and the interaction of technology with family dynamics.
