From the South and South Shore:

Follow the Southeast Expressway (Route 3 North) to Route 93 North. Take I-93 North to exit 31 (Mystic Valley Parkway-Medford Square). Take exit ramp to Medford Square.

From the North:

When you reach Route 95 (the Boston Circumferential highway, Route 128) drive to Route 93 South. Drive south on 93 to exit 32, Medford Square. Follow exit ramp to lights at Medford Square.

From Medford Square:

At Medford Square turn left onto Main Street. Drive under Route 16 bridge and stay to the right passing a Mobil station and a Dunkin Doughnuts on the left. Stay on Main street approximately 0.2 miles. Pass a Gulf Station on right and Bob's Foods on left. Pass Wellesley Street on right and then take next right, Bowdoin Street. At the end of Bowdoin Street drive into the parking lot directly in front of you. Place parking permit so that it can be seen by Campus Police. Parking on any of the side streets is also permissable.

From the Southwest and the West:

When you reach Route 95 (the Boston Circumferential highway, Route 128) drive to Route 2, The Concord Turnpike. Take Route 2 East to the junction of Route 16. Turn left onto Route 16 East. Follow 16 East watching for signs to Tufts. Take a very sharp right turn onto Powderhouse Boulevard. Proceed to Powderhouse Square (now a circle). Drive around the circle taking the fourth right which is Warner Street. Follow this street to the intersection of Boston Avenue where there are lights. Proceed across Boston Avenue and under a railroad bridge. Immediately beyond the bridge on the left is the Science and Technology Center. DO NOT PARK AT THIS END OF THE BUILDING. Take first left after the Science and Technology Center. This is a narrow, unmarked street. Drive to the end of this street and bearing left continue onto Colby Street keeping the Science and Technology Building to your left. At the end of the building turn left into the parking lot. If you have been mailed a parking permit place it so that it can be seen by campus police.

From the airport:

While there is public transportation from Logan Airport to Tufts University, it is recommended that you take a cab. Direct driver to the Medford Campus and then to 4 Colby Street.
