Travel & Hotel Information
The workshop will be held at Tufts University, Medford, MA. We are located approximately five miles from downtown Boston. Logan Airport in Boston is the closest airport.The workshop hours will be 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. From 8:00 am -8:30 am coffee and pastries will be available. You will receive exact directions to the building one week before the start of the training.
The closest MBTA (subway/streetcar) stop is Davis Square on the red line. The Tufts campus is not located directly on a subway line. Davis Square is approximately 1.5 miles from the Tufts Campus.
The Department of Public & Environmental Safety operates a shuttle service from Davis Square (in Somerville near the MBTA red line stop) to Tufts. For more information and schedules, visit the shuttle information page on their web site.
Hotel Information
The following hotels welcome visitors to Tufts University and are conveniently located. Please inquire about the availability of shuttle service to the Tufts Campus. These lodgings are located minutes from campus. The AmeriSuites Hotel and the Best Wester Hotel Tra provide shuttles travelling back and forth between campus and the subway.

Parking Information
If you are planning to drive to the workshop, parking will be available at the Tufts University Parking Garage located on Boston Avenue for a fee of $5.00 per day .
Refreshment Information
Coffee, tea, and other beverages will be served, along with light refreshments in the morning and early afternoon. The workshop cost includes lunch. Please note on the registration form if you have special dietary needs.
