Ten Tuesdays 3:45 – 5pm Beginning October 18, 2011
A ten-week
workshop series about improving your relationship with all three. The
workshop deals with issues ranging from eating concerns to one's mental
health and stability. It is based on a cognitive behavioral approach
(CBT). The workshop is interactive, engaging, and emphasizes learning new
skills and coping mechanisms. It is a structured workshop and each week
will have its own topic.

Dynamics
This is a
confidential group in which students will discuss relationships with
family, friends, significant others, and the Tufts community. The group
will help students build stronger, healthier relationships and increase
their understanding of themselves in relationship to others. Students
will work towards feeling more empowered in relationships and realizing
their social potential.

Mindfulness and Meditation for Stress Reduction

Meditation
and mindfulness practices are showing great promise in reducing stress as
well as boosting mental health, physical health, creativity and academic
performance. In this short-term group, we will learn and practice a
number of techniques to boost wellness, reduce stress, and start and
maintain a regular mindfulness and meditation practice that works for
you.

a parent. This group offers the space to talk with others in a safe,
