Do You Have a Healthy Relationship with Food?

there may be reason for concern and we urge you to consult with a physician.
- Are you preoccupied with the desire to be thinner?
- Are you terrified of gaining weight?
- Do you feel that food controls your life?
- Are you aware of the calorie and fat content of foods you eat?
- Do you watch what other people eat and use that to determine what and how much you will eat?
- Do you stop eating because you feel you should, rather than because you are full?
- Do you feel guilty after eating?
- Do you like when your stomach feels empty?
- Do you have to eat in certain patterns?
- Do you have the impulse to vomit after eating?
- Do you use laxatives to control your weight or shape?
- Do you react to stress or upsetting situations by eating?
- Do you go on eating binges where you feel you can't stop?
- Do you think about the number of calories you are burning when exercising?
- Does exercise replace other activities ie. classes, social events, meals?
