If you have a question or concern that you would like to have addressed, but do not wish to call us, please feel free to ask our staff via email. We welcome your questions and will respond via email.

Note:
This feature is not appropriate for emergencies, as it is answered only weekly. If you have an emergency, please call the Counseling and Mental Health Service at 617-627-3360 from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekdays. On weekends or after hours, call the Tufts Police at 617-627-3030 to ask to speak with the counselor-on-call.

Also, if you want to communicate with a specific counselor, please do not use this feature to do so. Call the Counseling and Mental Health Service at 617-627-3360 to ask for that person. If you are trying to reach a medication prescribing nurse or physician, please call 617-627-3350. Thank you.
