campus-wide conservation efforts, we welcome guests to
contribute by reusing their towels and linens.

be posted on the bulletin board. Stamps are also for sale at the
Front Desk. Mail should be addressed:

Room Cleaning Supplies and equipment for cleaning your own room may be
borrowed from the Front Desk of every residence hall. Room
cleaning is also available for an additional charge and includes
the changing of linen. Common areas and bathrooms are cleaned
daily.
Special Events and Local Sites One of our objectives during your stay is to help you have a
pleasant and memorable experience in Boston and the surrounding
area. Suggested activities are listed in the weekly "Calendar of
Events", available at the Front Desk. Brochures on local sights
and suggestions are also available at the Front Desk.
Telephone Payphones are located in residence halls and classroom
buildings. Pre-paid telephone debit cards are for sale in $10
denominations. For extended stays, phone service may be arranged
in individual rooms.
Travelers' Check Cashing This service is only provided to registered conference
participants. Traveler's checks up to $20 may be cashed at the
main front desk Monday through Friday 9 am until 4 pm. We cannot
cash Traveler's Checks after these hours because of the limited
amount of money we keep on hand in the register. If there is an
emergency, please call a Supervisor. We cannot cash more than
$20 per participant per day. Traveler's Checks must be made out to Cash and countersigned in
the presence of the person working the front desk. Personal
checks cannot be cashed for any reason.
