Budget Estimates for Resident and Non-Resident Participants Summer Conferences

Complete Meeting Package: Resident Participant Plan
Rate: $135 per day / $145 per day with air-conditioned bedroom

This rate includes:

• Three meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner
• Two refreshment breaks
• Single room accommodations
• Meeting room charges
• Office space
• Registration packets containing ID card, name badge, paper, pen, maps and literature about the Boston area
• Coordination by a conference staff member
• Parking
• Use of university libraries
• Use of state-of-the-art athletic facilities

Please note there is a minimum charge per conference per day. Rates are based on a minimum of 25 participants. All prices are subject to change without notice.
