Research Areas

Hoods, Ventilation Systems, Grease Traps, and Septic Systems: Formulated differently, the plant protein emulsifies fat and grease to make to soap (fatty acids, mono-, di-, and triglycerides). Solid surfaces are easily wiped clean. Commercial and industrial waste water traps are kept clean so that sewer lines are not clogged. Research findings indicate a 97% conversion rate for bacon fat.
