We develop analytical instruments, sampling tools, and data analysis software to detect and quantify hazardous chemicals in the environment and in the food we eat and drink. Our technology has been used to profile hazardous waste sites contaminated by crude oil and coal tar as well as in fruits, vegetables, botanicals and their essential oils.
