From the Southwest, West & Northwest
Via routes 2, 9, 95 or the Mass. Turnpike (Rt. 90), exit onto the Boston circumferential, Route 128 (Rt. 95), and proceed north to its intersection with Route 2. Proceed east on Router 2 to the Junction of Routes 2 and 16. Turn left onto Route 16 east (Alewife Brook Parkway). Follow Route 16 through two full traffic lights. Take the next right, a sharp turn, onto Powder House Boulevard. Proceed to a major rotary, and exit the rotary onto Harvard Street (3/4 around the rotary). Continue on Harvard Street through one set of lights. The Science & Technology Center will be on your left after the railroad bridge.

From the North
Via routes 1, 3, 95, 28 or 93, the recommended approach is via the Boston circumferential, Route 128 (Rt. 95), to its inter-section with Rt. 93. Go south on Rt. 93 to exit 32, Medford Square. Proceed to the center of the square, turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street straight. Turn right at the light onto Harvard Street (third light after passing Dunkin Donuts). Proceed straight on Harvard Street for approximately ¼ mile. The Science & Technology Center will be on your right just before the next major intersection.

From Boston, the South and the South Shore
Follow the Southeast Expressway (Rt. 3 north) to Route 93 north to Exit 31 (Mystic Valley Parkway, Route 16). Follow the exit ramp to Medford Square. At the blinking light at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street straight. Turn right at the light onto Harvard Street (third light after passing Dunkin Donuts). Proceed straight on Harvard Street for approximately ¼ mile. The Science and Technology Center will be on your right just before the next major intersection.

From Davis Square (Red Line Public Transportation)
Take the College Avenue exit. Take a right onto College Avenue. Follow College Avenue to Powder House Square Rotary. Cross intersection at rotary and proceed straight onto Harvard Street, (93 road marker will be in front of you). Follow Harvard Street beyond the underpass. The Science and Technology Building will be on the left after the underpass.

From Logan Airport by Subway
Board the airport shuttle bus to the Airport Station on the MBTA Blue line. Take the Blue Line inbound to Government Center, then change to the Green Line westbound and go to the Part Street station; Change again to the Red Line outbound to Davis Station, and ask directions for boarding either the #96 (Medford Square) or the #94 (West Medford) bus to Tufts University

From Logan Airport to Tufts University by Car
Follow signs for the Sumner Tunnel and Boston as you exit the airport. Proceed through the tunnel in the left lane; follow signs for Interstate 93 north. Once on Route 93 north, take Exit 31 (Mystic Valley Parkway, Route 16). Follow the exit ramp to Medford Square. At the blinking light at the end of the ramp, turn left onto Main Street. Follow Main Street straight. Turn right at the light onto Harvard Street (third light after passing Dunkin Donuts). Proceed straight on Harvard Street for approximately ¼ mile. The Science and Technology Center will be on your right just before the next major intersection.

From Atlantic Avenue Bus Terminal and Amtrak Terminal, South Station, Boston
Follow signs to the MBTA Red Line South Station subway trains. Board an inbound train to Davis Station. Ask at this stop sign where to board either the #96 (Medford Square) or the #94 (West Medford) Bus, which will take you to Tufts University.

Parking
There is ample parking conveniently located behind the Tufts Science & Technology Center (see map). Please do not park on the street or in the parking lot in front of the building as this is for shipping/receiving.

From Points North
Take I-95 (also known as route 128) South to I-93 South. Take exit 32. At yield sign bear right onto Route 60 West. Go through one set of lights – get into left lane. Take immediate left after the cemetery onto River Street. Take a left onto Riverside Avenue. Go through one set of lights. AmeriSuites is on the left after the set of lights.

From Points South
Take I-93 North to Exit 32. Follow rotary around to the left. Follow signs or Route 60 West. Go through one set of lights – get into the left lane. Take a left onto Riverside Avenue. Go through one set of lights and AmeriSuites is on the left after the lights.

From Points West
Follow Route 16 East (also known as Alewife Brook Parkway or Mystic Valley Parkway), until you see the signs for Medford Square – this will be a right exit. At the bottom of the exit you will be at a blinking yellow light and you will take a left and drive underneath the parkway overpass. Take your first right onto Clippership Drive. Follow this for approximately ¼ mile and take a right at the next light. AmeriSuites is on the right at this set of lights.
