September 2006 Update: Since our last update, our Friends of the Department Club has expanded thanks to donations from our generous Alumni. A memorial scholarship fund was established upon the passing of Professor Martin V. Sussman in April 2005. Donations to the Department in his name will provide the seed money for an undergraduate research scholarship for deserving seniors. The Gregory Botsaris Lectureship fund will provide for one distinguished speaker to visit the Tufts campus each year. The fund was presented as a gift to Professor Gregory Botsaris during the Alumni Dinner in recognition of his outstanding leadership and dedication to the Department.
