Dr. Chippendale is excited to join the faculty at Tufts BSOT.
She teaches course work related to clinical reasoning, community
practice and aging. Her clinical background and research interests
are in geriatrics. She brings to the classroom many years of clinical
experience working with older adults in a variety of practice settings.
Dr. Chippendale's research examines the psychosocial benefits of
autobiographical writing in older adults. Other interests include
examining the impact of the neighborhood environment on falls and
studying interventions that target age stereotypes.
