WORCESTER -- Clark University outscored Tufts University, 16-2, in the second overtime to defeat the Jumbos, 76-62, in a non-conference women's basketball match-up on Tuesday night. Tufts junior Emily Goodman (Briarcliff, NY) scored her 1,000th career point in the game. She entered the game with 999 points, and reached the mark with a top of the key jumper. She became the seventh woman in Tufts history to reach 1,000, and the first since Jodi Beach in 1995. She currently has 1,018 points.
