BOSTON -- The Tufts University men's crew team competed in three races at the 45th Head of the Charles Regatta in Boston over the weekend.

The best finish for the Jumbo men was a 19th in the Collegiate Fours on Saturday with an 18:12.845 time. The first Tufts boat to compete was in the Club Fours on Saturday, and that group placed 43rd with a 19:41.705 finish.

The men were in one race on Sunday, placing 37th in the Collegiate Eights (19:13.510).

The Jumbos race at the Quinsigamond Fall Novice Championships at Lake Quinsigamond in Worcester next Saturday.
