Captains -  Sign Up Your Team

Please fill out the roster completely and attach to am email as per directions on the next page. Upon return of a completed TYPED roster form, your team will be placed on the schedule.

You need to be able to field a team at any point during the time frame your sport is played. All rosters submitted are final.

Signing up players: All players must have a valid Tufts ID, which they will need to show at games. Email addresses and phone numbers will be used to send reminders and updates. Captains will communicate with the commissioner through email; If you don't check email AT LEAST daily, you should choose a different member of the team as Captain.

THIS IS YOUR FINAL ROSTER; THERE WILL NOT BE AN OPPORTUNITY TO ADD PLAYERS TO THE ROSTER AFTER THE FORM BELOW IS SUBMITTED AT THE CAPTAINS MEETING.
