A 2005 graduate of Yarmouth High School, Attura was coached by Julia Littlefield and Dorothy Holt. She was a senior co-captain/All-State/All-American Honorable Mention and earned four varsity letters.

Personal:
A psychology major, Attura is the daughter of Joe and Helen Attura.
