INTERNSHIPS
Independent Northeast Senator is looking for motivated full time press intern to work with a busy press team. Duties include compiling daily clips, helping to plan events, working on long term projects, helping to edit press releases, and other duties as needed. Ideal candidate with have an interest in media/communications and a desire to work in politics. Strong writing skills and a good sense of humor are a plus. Senator Barbara Mikulski's (D-Md.) press office is accepting applications for an unpaid summer 2008 intern. Progressive, bipartisan, pro-immigration reform Political Action Committee seeks Director to manage fundraising and candidate targeting efforts. An ideal candidate would be a natural fundraiser, highly organized, able to multitask and above all else be a creative self-starter. Information and Results Specialist- United States Agency for International Development (USAID)
