Pan Asian Council

Hello everyone, I'll be your new Asian American Community Rep in TCU Senate. My name is William Huang and I'm a senior majoring in International Relations. I've been an Asian American Peer Leader and was a Student Worker in the Center for two years. I have a couple of objectives. First and foremost, I will use this position to communicate on the happenings of Senate. Because the Community Rep is a link between the culture clubs and the students, I will make sure to attend the weekly meetings of Pan-Asian Council (PAC) and inform the club presidents of new TCU initiatives. I will also work with the Latino, Africana, and LGBT Community Reps on improving diversity and inclusion initiatives on campus. Finally, I have some long term goals: to add Korean and Hindi to the foreign language curriculum, and to add more faculty advisors to the Chinese department.
