DevTech Team: Kathryn Cantrell
Kathryn is a second year MA student at the Eliot-Pearson Dept. of Child Development and is working closely with Keiko and Alisha on Camp Zora. She also conducted an independent study titled ZoraCamp4All where Zora technology was introduced to a camp for children with critical illnesses in Texas called Camp For All. After years of working with children with serious illnesses in a variety of settings, from camps to support groups to playrooms, she is currently interested in studying the benefits of narrative therapy and medical camping for children experiencing cancer. Kathryn is originally from New Orleans and received her BA from Austin College in Sherman, Texas in Studio Art and English Literature. Her dream job is to be a children's book author and illustrator- motivate her to finally finish a manuscript!
