Open Research Positions Undergraduate Positions Tenure Track Faculty Position - Molecular Evolution The Department of Biology invites applications for a tenure track Assistant Professor in Molecular Evolution to begin in September, 2008. Research areas might include evolutionary genetics, molecular phylogenetics, evolutionary development, or gene regulatory networks. Preference will be given to candidates with strong bioinformatics training and approaches, whose research will complement current departmental strengths in genome stability, developmental biology, behavior, physiology, or population ecology (see http://ase.tufts.edu/biology). The successful candidate is expected to develop an active externally funded research program involving graduate and undergraduate students. Teaching responsibilities will include contributing to undergraduate and graduate level courses in evolution and other departmental courses. |
